Spacious, clean room, everything was relatively new and in good shape. Breakfast was included and freshly made every day and quite good (toast, 2 eggs + bacon, coffee, orange juice); even though it was the same every day. Location on a side street without traffic but close to bars, restaurants and shopping (all within walking distance) Air condition in room. Reliable complimantory WLAN with good connectivity and speed.
Some nights noise from the surrounding bars and restaurants was disturbing; someone with light sleep would need ear plugs...

The main office/cook/manager? woman was lovely. We got upgraded to a better room (as we were the only people staying there) and this was light and spacious. We had dinner there one night (thai style food) and it was really good.
The cleaner didn't replace things and gave us used bottles of shower products. She banged on the door one morning demanding we had to get up for breakfast (it was 8am) because she had to go to town. She also talked on her cellphone (on speaker phone) every morning while cooking breakfast and serving us. It made us feel a little uncomfortable and wasn't very professional. Would also be good if she learned a bit of English. It was pretty expensive for what it was. It was incredibly noisy- music going throughout the night. Was so loud it was hard to sleep. Would be good if there was a bit of soundproofing maybe. Or complimentary earplugs!
